Since 2017, the Propel Commerce team, previously under the name Website On-Demand, has created some of the leading apps in the Shopify App Store including Pre-order Now, Quantity Breaks Now, Wholesale Now, Upsell Now and more.
Propel Commerce’s goal is to create apps that boost revenue for our merchants and work out-of-the-box with the widest array of the themes possible.

Team
Propel Commerce was started by our founder, Chris Norton.
With experiences as both a Shopify merchant and Shopify store developer, Chris noticed that many of the leading Shopify apps at the time were overpriced, didn’t work out-of-the-box and lacked key features.
Frustrated by the lack of choices in the Shopify app store, Chris started developing Shopify apps to address this need in the market.
Chris now leads a 5-person team to deliver effective, affordable apps to Shopify merchants.
